On Friday, we made "CUP"cakes. The steps are so simple, we couldn't believe our cakes would actually cook. You start with a 5 ounce Dixie Cup. Put in 3 tablespoons of your favorite cake mix. Then, you add 2 tablespoons of water. Next, you stir it well. Now you just cook it in the electric skillet by placing the temperature on the directed heat and cook for ten minutes with the lid on. And what do you get? A perfect "CUP"cake to eat. YUMMMMMM
